How to use play to develop creativity, performance and wellbeing and make the workplace a fun place to be

Events of the last 18 months have presented new challenges for us all as we adapt to new ways of working.

Individually and in teams we now need to find new ways of re-engaging, putting the pleasure back into our working life and finding the best way of working with colleagues to achieve our potential and make work fun again.

In this the third in our season of free Webinars when we were joined by Pauline McNulty (former Head of Internal Audit and Chief Risk Officer) and Tzuki Stewart Co-Founders of PlayFilled which works to unlock your individual and organisational potential through the power of play, helping to develop creativity, performance and wellbeing.

Using their recent research discussions on technological, generational and societal shifts caused by the pandemic, Pauline and Tzuki showed how leaders are facing a new  a sense of urgency to address people-related issues in the workplace and discussed how using play can work to unlock individual potential and help organisations develop the creativity and performance of their people.

The presentations for this event are available to download for IIAG members only.
